Notes: Used Nordson BC 62 Porous Coat System Coating Head for random open pattern coating of hot melt adhesive on breathable materials (woven/non-woven goods and other porous substrates). Coat weight range: 0.85-60 gsm. Coating width range: 1400mm - 2400mm (65mm increments) with potential reduction down to 500mm. This Nordson coater is equipped with model FC 1260 coating stand (340mm diameter silicone-covered coating roll - driven, 340mm backing roll, spreader roll, PC BC62-12/2490 12-zone coating applicator with 24 heads, one (1) BM 200 bulk melter, one (1) MX 44110 melt-tank, one (1) GP 200-12/4 metering pump station with 12 pumps and hoses to the die, model TC80-20K heated hose, TC60-20K heated hose, model TC12-8K heated hose, operator control panel, Siemens PLC and Lenze motors and drives, spare silicone-covered roll. 400V, 50/60 Hz.
