Notes: Used Kroenert 3-Roll Offset Gravure Coating Head equipped with 67.750" face x 10.5" diameter gravure roll engraved to 8.5 BCM and driven by a 15 HP DC motor, 71" face x 8.25" diameter chrome backing roll driven by a 40 HP DC motor, 67.750" face x 10.250" EPDM and urethane transfer roll, transfer roll to gravure roll manually adjustable nip, backing roll to transfer roll nip can be floated or set with adjustable stops, Harris & Bruno enclosed doctor blade with three (3) hopper heads, Magnetek DC drives (480V), forty-five (45) tapered fiberglass sleeves - with a mix of EPDM and Urethane, six (6) ceramic engraved gravure rolls and one (1) new gravure core with no ceramic, one(1) roll cart on caster wheels, roll storage system, four (4) 55-gallon Graymills pumps to supply coating head, three (3) 10-gallon Graymill pumps and pots, one (1) 55-gallon Meyers mixer with new AC motor and drive, one (1) 5-gallon Myers mixer with variable speed adjustment, consumption scale for online coat weight, hopper head storage rack and set up table, cabinet for hose storage. Spares: one (1) spare chrome backing roll, spare drive shaft for gravure and transfer rolls, spare belts for all 3 rolls. No PLC or HMI. Final Price is Subject to a 13% Buyer's Premium
