Notes: Used Fusion UV Systems model DRW-50QNH 50" wide Ultra Violet Curing Unit, equipped with five (5) 10" wide microwave excited UV units with controls and a suitable air cooling and exhaust fan and Delta F oxygen analyzer (6000 watts per inch), product reaction chamber with suitable UV shielding, nitrogen delivery system for running an inert irradiation chamber (suitable for running free radical silicone release coatings), quartz filters, pneumatic clam shell web handling structure for product threading, water-cooled web reaction chamber under UV lamps. All signal interconnect cables between control console and lamp structure. System reportedly has less than 200 hours of total use.
