Notes: Used Elite Cameron CW610 Duplex Center Slitter, equipped with a 40" maximum diameter shafted unwind with roll lift (3" Double E air shaft, pneumatic brake, mounted on a sidelay base, roll diameter sensor, load cell tension control), Fife hydraulic power unit for roll lift, Accuweb automatic edge guiding (+/- 2" travel) with Micro1000 controller, man walk between unwind and main slitter, 1st cork-covered pull roll, nine (9) Dienes pneumatically loaded score knife holders with anvil roll and air manifold for up to twelve (12) knife holders total (new in 2023), capable of razor in air slitting, 2nd cork-covered pull roll, 24" maximum diameter cantilevered slip differential rewinds with pneumatically-loaded full width rider rolls, roll unloading tree. 10 HP main drive motor, 20HP rewind drive motor, Bardac DC drives, Allen-Bradley PLC, Allen-Bradley PanelView 600 touchscreen operator interface. Maximum mechanical speed: 1000 fpm.
