Notes: New, Never Used, HH Nonwovens model HHM-PP2600SSS Three Beam 2600mm Spunbond Polypropylene Production Line. For producion of 15-90 gsm and 1.25-2.5 Denier spunbonded PP. Equipped with three (3) spunbond beams: three (3) 150mm extruduers (110KW Siemens AC motor, 30:1 L/D, vacuum feeder with dosing unit) and one (1) 105mm co-extruder (18.5 KW Siemens AC motor, 13:1 L/D), three (3) candle-type melt filters, three (3) metering pumps, three (3) spinning beams, three (3) monomer suction devices,six (6) spinnerets, three (3) upper and three (3) lower stretching devices; one (1) web former, one (1) 3-roll thermobonding calender with ability to rotate two embossing rolls, one (1) winder (4" air shafts), oil heating furnaces (6 - 60Kw and 3 - 24Kw), one (1) 600 Kcal chiller, three (3) 200 Kcal cooling boxes with blower, three (3) 75kw air suction blowers, one (1) cooling tower, two (2) recirculating pumps, one (1) vacuum calcinatory spinneret cleaner, one (1) ultrasonic cleaner, one(1) conveyor belt, one (1) 15kw compressor, ABB inverter drives, Siemens S7-200 PLC. Raw materials: 100% polypropylene (MFI: 25-40 for spunbond). Production Capacity: 16 - 19 TPD based on 40gsm at 2600mm width.
