Notes: Used Dixon hot melt coater laminator with silicone coater, equipped with 1250mm maximum diameter shafted roll lift primary and secondary single position unwinds, BemaTec "Gear In Die" hot melt slot die coating system with rotating rod located in the slot die (there is a rotating rod in the die lips similar to a Mayer bar but with a smooth surface finish, this rod ensures an even coating), heated melt pump unit, Devpac 400 DG drum unloader/hot melt processor (150-260 kg/hour, bulk process from 55 gallon drum or 600lb. capacity hopper), 3-roll silicone coater, laminating section with chill roll section, 1250mm shafted single position rewind.
