Notes: Used STP Spunbond line for producing thermobonded nonwovens with three independent double spinning beams featuring Jet and Flap technology. Maximum net production width: 3300mm. Maximum mechanical speed: 450mpm. Maximum gross production capacity: 1400 kg/h. Product weight range: 13-100gsm (standard), 10-150 gsm machine specification). Line includes: four (4) gravimetric blenders for additives and recycled polymer for each extruder, one (1) Comerio Ercole calender with diathermic oil heating, kiss roll applicator system for applying water-dispersed additives, one (1) Sicam drying and thermal stabilization oven with gas-fired hot air heating, ISRA Vision model "Smash" inspection system, ACelli Combi winder, master roll storage, and rewinder with Slittomatic automatic knife positioning system, Corematic automatic cutting and core positioning system, one (1) Polycomm semi-automatic packaging line with stretch film wrapper. Also included: LM Impianti monomer air filter, process fluid heaters and coolers, die/spinneret burnoff oven, three (3) die/spinneret ultrasonic cleaning tanks, and all available spare parts.
